Welcome to the website of the Parish of Swaledale with Arkengarthdale.

We are 4 congregations in the northern Yorkshire Dales, living out our Christian discipleship together.

Details of church services are on the 'Services and Events' page.

Our church buildings are open daily for visits and private prayer.

Weekly Parish Newsletter - Please email us (through the link at the top of this page) if you would like to receive the weekly newsletter by email each Saturday evening. This includes a short order of service and news and notices.  Past editions can be downloaded from the Parish News page.

The Newsletter is also our worship resource - Services take place weekly in church (details on the Services and Events page), but if you choose to worship at home, we invite you to light a candle on Sunday morning, and to  join in with the bible readings and prayers for the week, as we offer a joint act of worship from our homes and in church.

Every blessing, and may we continue faithful to Christ,

Rev Caroline Hewlett

Vicar
